STORY
It all started when Mr. Ferruccio Bighelli, who since childhood carries the nickname of Cavour, bought a land in the small town of Valeggio sul Mincio, in a particularly beautiful and suggestive area, where in 1978 he began to give shape to his dream: an ecological water park.
Many projects have been successfully completed and dreams came true in these 42 years, enriching the 200,000 square meters property’s with attractions, service points and so much more.
CURIOSITIES
Cavour park was the first park that, in the early 1980s, built the first existing sandy bottom swimming pool in Europe.
The park’s philosophy has always been the ecological commitment. An example are the water-saving showers with solar panel heating.
In addition, many of the water attractions have been enriched with Ozone, famous for its antiseptic, antifungal and antiviral properties and the ability to improve tissue circulation and oxygenation.
